Damas Team, Celebrating a Unity of Running Spirit and Community Bonding

The Damas Team enthusiastically took part in The Maldives LONGRUN 2023, an event organized by Total Fitness Group (TfG). The event started on December 8th, Friday morning in Hulhumale, with the Damas Team undertook the 5K challenge, running through the streets of Hulhumale. 

Expressing gratitude for the incredible event, Reehan, the captain of the Damas Team, shared her reflections on the experience, "The Maldives LONGRUN 2023 provided us with an extraordinary opportunity to push our limits and become integral members of the vibrant local running community. We take pride in our team's outstanding performance and extend our thanks to Total Fitness Group for hosting this exceptional event. Beyond the competitive aspect, The Maldives LONGRUN 2023 succeeded in bringing people together to enjoy the joy of running.

The event concluded on a Friday morning with a cloudy sky over Hulhumale. Damas Team and the entire running community in the Maldives were left with lasting memories. The cloudy yet dazzling weather served as a fitting backdrop for the end of a great race and the beginning of new connections within the vibrant running community.
